Wireless Safety and the Limit
If you get drunk and still drive your car,the police will check your ID card. And when you buy something you want ,you will use your credit card.Besides, you need the the check cards when you want to go into some buildings or organizations. These are all for the safety and it seems very easy to check out only using a small cards. This is the use of radio-frequency identification(RFID) in the wireless safty.
Not only that,it is utilized in many dimensions of our life since the RFID tags which contain the electronically stored informations can be attached to cash, clothing, and possessions,or implanted in animals and people. For example,a trinket using the RFID and bluetooth tags can maintain the connection with your cell phone. And when your phone is out of the distance between the tag than the pre-tuned one the device will ring the alarm to remind you if you forget the phone somewhere.
In addition,if your cell phone is stolen, you can track your cell phone because of the gps module imbedded in the phone. And some apps connected to your phone can send the message to a new phone number if the SIM card is changed, such as Find My iPhone.
These are all the usage in the wireless safety. And it gives a lot of convennience to our life and can increase the public safety. But the wireless data transmission data is also vulnerable because some devices can block the signals such as the wireless signal jammer.
For instance, the car alarms are used to protect the car from stealing. If some one hit your car the alarm will ring. But thieves can use the remote control blocker to disable the alarm.
In a conclusion, there is no doubt that the wireless safety systems help a lot but we should not rely on them. The safety consciousness is necessary and will never out of date.
